Price information
Prices per person and per day, and half board for stays of 3 days in each room.
For stays less than 3 days, we charge an extra of 4,00 €/person/day.
Included in the price:
Buffet breakfast
4-course evening meal with a menu to choose from
Finnish sauna and steam bath session
Use of the swimming pool in the hotel (10x5 m)
Discount for children:
Children in their parents room (3rd and 4th bed)
Children up to the age of 3,9 - 70% discount
Children aged between 4 and 9,9 - 50% discount
Children aged 10 and over 30% discount
A 3-day stay an extra 10% discount
Special discount for children with a stay of 7 days
Surcharge and deduction:
Single-bedded room: + 10.00 € (+ 12.00 € from 28/07 to 01/09/2012)
Dinner: - 10.00 €
Garage: + 2.50 €
Dog: + 2.50 € per day
Upon premature departure or non-fulfilment of the booking the price for the room is billed (up to three days).
Bike rent:
MTB: 25,00 € per day
City Bike: 22,00 € per day
E-Bike: 28,00 € per day
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
It is quite possible that something untoward may happen before you are due to head off on holiday; our travel cancellation insurance means you are financially covered. Should you cancel a booked stay in the hotel at late notice, not arrive at all, or leave early, cancellation fees are charged in accordance with the EU regulations.
In order to avoid paying these fees we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, so these costs are covered by European Travel Insurance. |

General Terms & Conditions
Our prices are per person and day, and include all duties and taxes. Your holiday home will be ready for you from 2.00 p.m. on the day you arrive. On the day you depart we would request that you vacate your room by 10.00 a.m.
Dogs: Upon advance notice, your four-legged friends can come with you too (feed not included in the price). We regret to inform you that dogs are not permitted in the dining areas.
Non-smoking: As per Italian law, smoking is not permitted in the hotel.
Reservations: Reservations are only regarded as binding when a deposit of € 200.00 per room is received. Deposits can be paid via giro or bank transfer to our account at Südtiroler Sparkasse: BIC: CRBZIT2B079 IBAN: IT6410604558910000000272700
Settling your hotel bill. You can settle your bill by paying in cash or by credit card (except Diners and American Express)
Cancellation: is not very pleasant, for you and for us too. Free up to 30 days before you are due to arrive; 30 – 7 days 50 %, 7 – 0 days 80 %, also chargeable upon early departure and late arrival.
