Family fun in the summer
For entertainment which is just a little bit different you should head to the summer toboggan run in Haunold, where you can rush down into the valley on the 2 km route on Fun-Bobs.
The children’s play parks in Haunold and at Rotwand make children’s eyes light up during a family holiday in Sexten. Along with lots of opportunities to play, the petting zoos and the special events are a great way to round off the range of activities on offer.

Whether it is demanding tours into the high mountain areas, or peaceful hikes across lush Alpine pastures, the Dolomites region has something for everyone. The area around the famous “Drei Zinnen” is also a paradise for mountain bikers and road cyclists.
Bike trails and cycle paths of all difficulty levels take you through the dreamy landscape right up to the lofty heights. The Stoneman-Trail is especially challenging. Thanks to the unique rock formations and countless via ferrata routes, the Sextner Dolomites are also the Mecca of climbing. There are quite a few climbing tours to choose from in the impressive Südtirol mountain landscape.
